Who is responsible for your data

What we collect

Only what you send us: your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message, when you use the contact form, email us, write to us on WhatsApp or call us.

Why

To answer your questions and handle your bookings. We do not send advertising and we do not build profiles.

Legal basis

Your consent when you send us a message (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) and handling the booking you ask for (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

How long

As long as needed to reply and look after your booking, and afterwards only for the periods required by law.

Who else sees it

We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. Our web host (OVHcloud, with servers in the European Union) processes contact form data on our behalf. If you write to us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. also processes your data under its own policy.

Visitor statistics

To understand how the website is used, our own visitor counter records the pages viewed, reading time, how far you scroll, where you came from, the type of device, your approximate country and city (from a shortened IP address), clicks on links and buttons, and text copied from the page. It does not identify anyone. Legal basis: legitimate interest in measuring the website's audience (Art. 6.1.f GDPR). The data is kept for 25 months at most on our web provider's servers in the European Union, and is not shared or sold. More details in the cookie policy.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or ask for it to be restricted or transferred, by writing to info@chomthaimassage.com. If you feel your request has not been handled properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

The Spanish version (Política de privacidad) prevails.
